Privacy Policy

GENERAL:
For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April (General Data Protection Regulation) and current Spanish national legislation, Organic Law 3/2018 on Data
Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), JOSE ANTONIO DELGADO BARRAGAN hereby informs you that he fully complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data and with the confidentiality obligations inherent to his activity.

DATA CONTROLLER:

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASES:
-Purpose: To manage requests for information or telephone enquiries made by users through the website in relation to the services offered by PGPgoal.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1(a) GDPR).

SECURITY MEASURES AND LEVELS:
PGPgoal has adopted the necessary measures to ensure the security of information, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, taking into account the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, with the aim of preventing, as far as possible, loss, unauthorized processing or access, thereby ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of such data.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
The security measures described by PGPgoal in the Record of Processing Activities shall apply to all activities of the processing system intended to manage the personal data processed, in order to comply with current data protection legislation. All personnel employed by PGPgoal and its Data Processors are required to comply with the aforementioned regulations, with particular attention to their respective duties and obligations, including the duty of confidentiality, which shall be duly determined by PGPgoal.

RETENTION PERIODS:
Users' personal data collected through the corresponding forms on the website shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and shall subsequently remain blocked for the legally established limitation periods in order to address any potential liabilities. Once these limitation periods have expired, the personal data shall be permanently deleted.

DATA QUALITY:
To ensure that the information contained in our processing system is always up to date and free from errors, we ask our users to inform us as soon as possible of any changes or corrections to their personal data.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

CONSENT:
Where we intend to use your personal data for purposes for which the legal basis is your consent, you must provide such consent by selecting the corresponding boxes in the forms provided for this purpose.

PGPgoal will not process your personal data for purposes based on your consent, as set out in this Privacy Policy, if you have not provided your consent in the manner required for the relevant processing activity.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in relation to those processing activities whose legal basis is consent, in accordance with the information set out in this Privacy Policy. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.

PGPgoal does not disclose personal data without the express consent of the data subject, which must be provided in each case.

Data collected through private communications between PGPgoal and users shall be treated with strict confidentiality. As Data Controller, PGPgoal undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, to safeguard it and to adopt all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with applicable legislation. In addition, any information exchanged between the parties which, by its nature or by reference to its content, must be regarded as confidential shall also be treated as such. Viewing data via the Internet shall not imply direct access to such data unless the data subject has expressly consented to it in each case. We recommend that clients do not disclose to any third party any identification details, passwords or reference numbers that PGPgoal may provide. Likewise, in order to preserve professional confidentiality between PGPgoal and the user in all communications, the user must not disclose confidential information to third parties.

CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
PGPgoal reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, as well as to any changes arising from applicable codes of conduct or strategic corporate decisions. Such modifications shall take effect from the date on which they are published on the PGPgoal website.
